Title: Nexus 7 BROKEN! Wrong software installed

Hi guys, I currently own a nexus 7 mobile data version. Now to cut a long story short the screen broke so I sent it off for repair, when it returned the manufacturer had installed the wrong operating system (they installed for the wifi version not 3G) so I now have no mobile internet. Is there a way a can install the correct operating system?

Download Mark Skippen's Universal Toolkit Here (http://www.skipsoft.net/?page_id=1072) or Wugfreshe's Toolkit Here (http://www.wugfresh.com/nrt/) and you will have the option to install the factory image for Nexus 7.
