Title: blocking unsuitable content

My daughter's Nexus 7 just autoplayed a video about rape that we couldn't skip or get rid of despite me setting it to content 'suitable to all'. How do I stop this?  :o

It depends where the video is from, if it was an ad on You Tube then no unfortunately you won't be able to stop this happening.
