My device (first Gen) will not boot, reset, or any other operation. It starts, and I can get the boot loader screen but any time an operation starts I get a message " reset wizard has stopped" I have tried numerous things to repair, including attempting the tool kit, etc, and a reflash, but since I cannot get to settings menu, I cannot enable developer options I cannot complete any repair. Any one have a suggestion.

If you can get to the bootloader, Mark Skippen's Unified Android Toolkit (http://www.skipsoft.net/) will restore a Google stock ROM with Fastboot commands, or you can do it yourself.

You don't need adb, fastboot works without enabling Dev options.
