Title: Occasional random reboots/crashes
Post by: RichT_Vespa on March 26, 2014, 04:38:55 PM
Hi,

I'm getting occasional - maybe once or twice a week, sometimes a bit more than that - crashes or random reboots where the whole screen goes blank (sometimes white sometimes black, dark green one time!) and then reboots. I've no idea why it does this, but I've sort of learned to live with it, though it's obviously not ideal. I looked up on google and found that other people were having this and that i should send a crash report next time it happens. I assume by this that Google are aware of this problem and are fixing it, and that it's a problem with the OS and not something specific to my device....?

Ultimately, do you think i should get it replaced as it's still under warranty or is this problem universal to all users?

Hope someone can help. Apart from this annoying thing I'm really enjoying the nexus so hopefully this will be solved somehow.

Thanks in advance

Rich
