Title: Head soccer crashes
Post by: misharron on July 28, 2014, 01:49:11 PM
My Grandson's game ( Head Soccer) works for a short time then it says unfortunately the game has stopped, he is so frustrated with this, does anyone know how to fix it?

First thing to try is uninstall the app.  Then reinstall from the play store.

Thanks, we tried uninstalling and re-installing and it ran for a brief time then the unfortunately message came up again, any ideas?

Shut down the tablet completely, then restart to make sure you're not running low on ram memory. If the app runs then try to find what other programs are also running that might interfere. System/apps/running or install a task killer app just to find the problem app. On the game's  google play page there should be contact info for the developer, report the problem and hopefully an update may solve it.
