Title: You Tube and other web video stuttering?

I've noticed that whenever I use YouTube or look at video being played from a website, there is a stutter about every 10 seconds or so. 

Anyone else have this issue? 

I am on a highspeed very good line and I don't get the stutter using my Galaxy SIII or Xoom (to test the connection).

ya I've seen it.... what programs have u added??  Do you have the force rotate program??

I've had the stutter, too. Don't have the rotate program, just what's OOTB. Have installed exactly 2 apps. I also have fairly high speed - never see this on my Thrive or on any wifi connected PC.
