Title: Are phone power adapters OK for the 2013 Nexus 7?

I have an "all purpose" power adapter in the car into which I attach the proper plug for the phone in use. The plug that fits my Nokia 920 also fits the Nexus 7.

- Is it OK to use that car power adapter with the  Nexus 7

- Same question re the "home" power adapter for the Nokia 920?

I also use my car adapter and phone chargers.  They are slower than the official Nexus power adapter, but they work on my Nexus7s
