Title: Android.process.acore has stopped?
Post by: Vortex1x on October 15, 2014, 02:51:45 PM
Hello and thank you in advance.....

I keep getting this:

Unfortunately, the process android.process.acore has stopped.

What is this? How do I fix it?

This is one of the most popular solutions to fix this problem without a factory reset. It is to go settings ->application manger -> all-> and clear data on contact and contact storage in app manager. This will fix the problem.

But... Your data for contacts will be wiped away. So remember to BACKUP!

Thanks but I crashed the Nexus. I did a factory reset (or thought I did) and after restoring most everything
it was working fine....... then BAM it rebooted on it's own and now will only go as far as "GOOGLE"
