Hey guys I have an over clocked nexus 7 2013 on 4.4.4 and if I upgrade to 5.0.1 will I lose my over clock, I am using elementalX for 4.4.4 nexus 7 2013.

I am presuming that your Nexus 7 is rooted and with 3 Nexus devices, I have yet to find one, that I did not have to restore to stock to go from 4.4.4 to 5.0. So if your device follows mine you will have to restore root and any modifications.
