Title: Help. . Apps won't start
Post by: craigfoot78 on April 09, 2015, 02:49:51 PM
Hi

Can anyone help as I'm really struggling to use my nexus 7 2012 anymore.

I'm on android version 4.4.4 as I've avoided the update to 5.0.2 due to reading bad reports.

However now most apps when I try to load them give the " unfortunately x app has stopped" this ranges from games, to the basic Google search app.

I've carried out the process to erase the cache partition and even resorted to a full factory default and still getting this error.

Any other thoughts as I can't see what else I can try, other than maybe the update to 5.0.2?

Thanks in advance

Craig

Lollipop 5.1 is out now, so make sure you are up to date.
