Title: Where os Transformers
Post by: DaveS on August 01, 2012, 11:41:17 AM
Am I right in thinking the Transformers film that comes free with the Nexus 7 is actually streamed when I watch it' or is it stored locally?

When you open Play Movies & TV,  Transformers is at the top, tap the little pin icon in the bottom right corner of the Transformers tile and the movie will be downloaded.

The movie is stored locally on both the following paths...

/sdcard/Android/data/com.google.android.video/files/Movies/....

Or

/storage/sdcard0/Android/data/com.google.android.video/files/Movies/....

This file however can only be played through Play Movies & TV.

Hope that helps. ;)
