Title: Insufficient storage?

Any idea why, when I try to install a 5MB app on my N7 with over 500MB free, I get an "Insufficient storage available" error?

I also tried it with a 2MB app; same thing.

I've been told that most apps come stored. as zip files.  You have to unzip them and store both the uncompressed files and the original zip file on your N7.  That doesn't account for the hundredfold storage usage, though.
