Title: Change default browser?

If I install the Firefox browser in my N7, is there a way I can make it the default browser?

Yes. When you tap a link in an email or on Tapatalk you will be given the option to select the browser used, select Firefox and at the bottom you can choose between "Always" and "Just once".
Select "Always" to make Firefox your default browser.
