Title: nexus 7 sounds

Hi just got my nexus 7 and wondered if anyone can tell me if i can disable the touch tones when typing on gmail ? ive tried turning the sound down but it makes no difference. Just gets a bit annoying . Thanks  :)

With the Gmail app open, long press on the space bar and select "Set up input methods". Assuming your using the stock keyboard select the slider icon next to Android keyboard and then untick "Sound on key-press".

hi opened up gmail but when i press the space bar nothing happens......also can you tell me what is the stock keyboard ? Sorry if i sound thick lol
