....is an app that will allow you to make and receive calls and text using your Google voice number. It will let you send and receive picture messages as well. Price?? Free!!! I know. A 7 inch tablet looks crazy making calls on right? I See/Read that all the time. Well that's what Bluetooth is for people. Lol. Simple set up. Good call quality. Enjoy!

Is there a requirement that the people you call & text also have Talkatone installed?

In what way is Bluetooth related to Talkatone?

Connect and use a Bluetooth earpiece to make calls via Talkatone.

No idea, Google doesn't support Google Voice here in the UK so I don't have a Google Voice number thus I can't use Talkatone...
I just assumed the OP meant to connect a BT headset to make calls via Talkatone and if Talk atone doesn't support the microphones on the N7 then I guess you'd have to use a headset of some variety?
