Welcome johnnyf- So probably the easiest way to start video chatting with your Nexus 7 is to download the 'Skype' app onto your Nexus 7 if it's not already there. Then you can 'Skype' video chat with other 'Skype' users that also have a tablet or computer with a cam. The app will walk you through how to go about doing that. There are other options as well but for a new user that's probably the easiest to get your feet wet.
