Title: Restoring Google Now
Post by: gp123 on August 28, 2012, 09:58:04 AM
May have deleted Google Now !!!

When I touch Google icon all that I see is search area and recent search topics.  No 3-dot options icon at bottom of screen

Was expecting to see something about Google Now, along with Note Cards

What now ??  How do I restore Google Now?

So if you open the search app and press the down arrow on the bottom left to close the keyboard you don't have the three menu dots on the bottom left of the screen?
If you do press it and select settings and Google Now, at the top you should see a switch like the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth ones in settings which you need to tap or slide to turn Google Now on.

OK -- Followed your instructions and Google Now is "active" once more.
Thank you (once again).
