Title: Google talk on Nexus 7
Post by: moonvine on August 28, 2012, 06:36:02 PM
I am considering the purchase of a Nexus 7. I would like to use it for periodic voice conversations using Google talk. Is this possible. If possible it will save me from buying yet another cell phone.

Yes, and it works great.  I'm not much of message user, other than email and several forums.  Last night at my computer club meeting, one of the members was demonstrating Google Talk on his Samsung SIII.  I told him that I thought it was on my new tablet and opened the application.  Everyone agreed that the video looked great.  I can verify that it was easy to use.  I didn't have to access the help function at all.
