Good news for our UK Nexus 7 owners who are looking for a great source of additional content for their devices. The UK Amazon App Store is now open for business and just like it's sibling here in the the U.S. is offering a 'Free App Of The Day', every day. Now these 'free apps' range in quality from awesome to mediocre but still it's nice to try something out for free as part of your daily routine and sometimes some real top notch titles make it in as the free app.
Now of course one of the great things we love about the 'Nexus 7' that the rival 'Kindle Fire' doesn't let you do...is choose alternate sources to purchase your apps and games. It's one of the reasons we greatly prefer the Nexus 7 over the Fire not to mention the better hardware specs in the Nexus 7 to boot.
