Anyone know if live wallpaper will work the same on 4.1 and the N7 as it does on older Android devices?

I'm sure Live Wallpapers should work perfectly fine on Jelly Bean just like they do with Ice Cream Sandwich. Don't see any reason why they wouldn't.

I agree, I would also think the would be killer with a 12 core GPU.

I've seen YouTube videos of them running... Not sure why it wouldn't...

May not cause lag on the N7 like on my other tablets, but still a battery consumer. I'm sure ill try them out too, but nothing I'd leave on.

Working fine here

I am currently using "galaxy pack" live wallpaper. It looks fantastic on mine and does not drain the battery.

I have some live wallpapers (microbes and aquarium) from my Galaxy S2 now installed and working in the Nexus 7.

Do some wallpapers drain more than others? I won't install live WP because of the preconceived notion that it kills the battery. I know they used to kill my phone like a mofo!

They notoriously battery hungry, plus I find them gimmicky so all LWP's on both my N7 and SGS2 are frozen.
