Title: Can You Change the Background Color of the App Drawer?

16 GB Nexus 7 user.

I know how to change the wallpaper of the Home Screen.  I also found an app called Color Wallpaper that lets me give the Home screens a solid background color. 

But I can't figure out how to change the solid black background color of the App Drawer.

Is that possible?  If so, can it be done without an outside app?  If it does require an outside app, can you recommend one?

The only way I know is to use an alternative Launcher like Nova Launcher or Apex Launcher.
