Press the Power button and the Volume Down and hold until you see the screen flash.

This is my first faltering steps into the world of Android after being an Apple user for many years. Started with a Nexus 7 16GB 3 weeks ago but managed to get a free upgrade to the new 32GB model. Everything is working out well and I look forward to helping out with advice as I get more familiar with the product and OS.

No good will at all from PC World however I was fortunate that my Nexus 6 16GB developed a fault so it was swapped out with a 32GB. Happy days.  ;D
