I would suggest finding one on ebay that ships directly to your country. You could also try finding one on http://shopping.google.com and then forward it through shipito.com The only problem is that some US stores dont accept credit cards that are registered abroad.

Hey everyone.
I live in Latvia and I`m planning to order a "Nexus 7 WiFi + Mobile data 32 GB Unlocked + AT&T SIM" from the U.S. google play store. I really need to be able to use 3G/HSDPA internet here. Does anyone know if it will be compatible with a local carriers SIM card? I called my carrier and they said they use 900-1800MHz GSM frequency bands and they support both regular and micro SIM cards. Will it work?
