Thanks for the suggestions. Tried everything.
Pushing power for minutes, volume down and power for decades  , but nothing.
Also while coupled to PC no interaction at all.
Try to find kind fellow Nexus 7 user to use the battery.

But  RIP for my precious i guess.

Nexus 7 Help / Dead after 4.2.1 update followed by Add User Account

Hi,

Performed the downloaded 4.2.1 upgrade. All went fine.
Followed the New User procedure. All went fine.
Shut down. 

NOT able to startup since shut down   
Even not able to start recovery mode.
Also not able to charge battery.

Any help welcome.
