Every time I try to view an image, I get the prompt to use Quickpic or Gallery, I choose Quickpic and always, but it never saves the association, all other media (Mp3,mpg,mkv pdf) keep their associations. I've tried clearing the default from quickpic and gallery, but it never saves the prefs. What can I do to fix this? Its getting VERY anoying now! my ICS Xoom saves it fine.

If youre gonna buy a Wi-Drive, why not just setup a shared folder on your pc and connect to it through the Wifi at home?
(If you've got a PC of course)

What is the apk it is trying to install. Maybe you can connect the development team to one of your apps.

Dunno, it was just randomname.apk I wasnt gonna let it install to find out!
If it pops up again, I'll post the contents of appcache for brighter minds to disseminate.

Hi Guys,
i keep getting a notification in chinese in my top bar. Its got a picture of an anime and if I click it tries to download an APK. It gets places in appcache, which contains a few pics and an xml script I think. I've run all the malware apps and airpush detectors, nothing shows up, it goes away for a few days when I clear appcache, then comes back again. I've uninstalled recently install apps, but its still coming back. Anyone else had this?

I'm on my second Nexus 7 (dont ask)
The first one I did the 4.2 update, and got poor battery life (five hours) and the Media server service was regularly hitting 45% (More than the screen!.
On my second one, I've left it on 4.1 and media server is only around 3-4%. I havent done a battery life check yet as I've only had it 12 hours. Is anybody else getting heavy media server use on 4.2?
I've googled around and it seems a lot of 4.2 users are getting it.
