Nexus 7 Connect (MicroUSB, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, NFC, Pogo Pin) / How can I make my N7 act as a regular USB flash drive so my TV can recognize it?

Nowadays, there are a lot of TV's, radio's and etc. with USB port. This enables the user to hook up their USB flash drives to instantly play mp3's and even videos. Is there an app, tweak, or anyway that I can hook up my Nexus 7 to my TV via USB and act like a normal USB flash drive so my TV will be able to play it contents? Thanks!
