New Nexus 7 General Discussion Topics (2nd Gen) / Need info before purchase

Would someone please be so kind as to check this out for me with your Nexus 7?
I need to know if this page automatically scrolls to the bottom, then sits for a few seconds, then returns to the top and starts scrolling again.
If it works, then I know the Nexus 7 will be a solution for me. If not, I need to keep trying.
