New Nexus 7 Android OS (2nd Gen) / Lollipop 5.0 OTA Update Question

Is there a way to turn off the OTA updates for the OS  on the Nexus 7 Second Generation until I am ready?  I have a stock Nexus and I am playing a game intensely that is not ready for the upgrade.

Hi I'm new to the forum and have had my Nexus 7 for approximately a year running 4.4.4.  Interests include using the tablet of course and saltwater aquariums.
