Hello!
« on: November 23, 2012, 08:08:45 PM »
Hi Everybody.

My name is Joe and I'm the proud owner of the Nexus 7.  I had the original Droid and have used android for all other cell phones and tablets.  Not a fan of the "i" world at all.  I had an Acer Iconia A500 until it froze and then wouldn't boot.  Nobody seemed to know how to correct that so I bought the Nexus. I'm kind of nervous about not having an SD slot, HDMI out, or a rear camera... but I'm interested in NFC and Wallet (although that makes me nervous as well).

Anyway, I just wanted to say hi.  Now I'm off to the user tips and tricks page!
Joe

Welcome to the forums Joe...

If your worried about the lack of expandable storage have a look "Nexus Media Importer" on Google Play, if you don't mind rooting "Stickmount" is a better alternative.

As for no rear camera, personally I can't understand why anybody would want to take as picture with a tablet?? ???
