Broken Nexus 7

Hi got my nexus at christmas and after a week i dropped it about a metre and a half and the bottom of the screen cracked but not badly but the problem is now its not touch sensitive. I have rung around everywhere but no one will fix it for under the price to buy a new one so if you have any ideas please tell me thanks.

have u purchased a warranty when you bought it?
i've bought a 41$ warranty in walmart, now i can trow mine under a car and they'll substitute it!

anyway if you don't have a warranty like mine, u can look for used 16gb versions and take their screen, or look on ebay.
that's all i can say.
