how do I change the language on the keyboard? at the moment it appears to be typing in norsk

Swipe down from the top right side of the screen and tap settings, then tap language and input from there you can select your default language and set the keyboard.

If your using the stock Google keyboard, long press the microphone button and a menu will pop up, tap Input languages and select the language you want. Mine is on "Use System language" which is English (UK), if your system language differs from the language you want to type in then just remove the tick from the check box and select the language or languages you want to use.
