How do I get my contacts from MS Outlook, on my laptop, to my Nexus 7?

The serpent raises it's ugly head. If you trust Google with your contacts, then export them to your Gmail contacts and abandon Outlook or try some of the sync apps and prepare for a PITA. I finally went to Hosted Exchange and solved the problem. This really needs to be explored in greater depth. Thanks for bringing it up.

S. Prime is correct.  Microsoft doesn't make it easy to sync Outlook with other operating systems.  Sometimes even with other Windows systems.  On my phone, I use Companion Link.  It does a good job of syncing with Outlook.  Downside is that you have to use their programs on the android device.  The android apps are OK.  They offer a 14 day evaluation period.

I used to be crazy until I found out that insane pays more.

Where am I?  What am I doing in this handbasket?
