With its $199 price point the Nexus 7 could make a terrific gift for a spouse, loved one or even child.  So anyone plan on purchasing a Nexus 7 as a gift for Christmas, Hannukah, Kwanza or whatever other holiday you might celebrate?

Probabbly gonna get one for my (then will be) 7-year-old daughter so that my wife can have her one back  :D

My daughter currently has an Ainol 7 Advanced tablet, but it was a cheap one which I bought her so that she had her own, but it's not the best in the world due to the lack of RAM in it.

I would love to give one to the GF, for Christmas, but unfortunately she wants an iPhone 5, among other things. But when a client asks me for a suggestion on a tablet for Christmas, I always recommend our Nexus 7.
