With our Nexus 7's due to be delivered in the next week or two I thought I'd pose the question:  What apps are you MOST looking forward to using on your Nexus 7?

"One Live" is  a great one!

With Tegra 3, the games on the Nexus 7  (Riptide GP, BladeSlinger, Jetcar Stunts, etc.) are incredibly lifelike.   Something to definitely look forward to on this tab.

I don't know of any apps I'd use on the N7 that I'm not already using, most of what I use I was able to side-load on my Kindle Fire, but given the lack of microphone and camera there are some that just won't work.  But here are the apps I plan on using:

- Skype and Google Hangout for video/audio chat
- Doggcatcher for audio and video podcasts
- TuneIn Radio for streaming audio
- Ustream to live stream content from the N7
- Netflix
- Google Plus (of course)
- Google Maps with cached maps and GPS (nice to have larger screen)
- Echolink for ham radio chatter
- Pluralsight for various training videos (paid subscription through work)
- Amazon Kindle app and Amazon Prime app (hopefully they work)
- Various news and magazine apps

And since the N7 doesn't ship with any type of camera software I'll see if I can sideload the Camera and Camcorder app from my DroidX.  Though it's only a front facing camera hopefully I can take pics with it while around the house.

So nothing too ground breaking, but it'll be nice being able to access the Google store directly instead of having to side load everything as I do now with the Fire.

I'm brand new to this forum and I haven't received my Nexus yet, but I can't wait.
I'm looking forward to the overdrive app, netflix, google play and kindle app.

Actually, have had my NX7 for 2 weeks now, and the following are my favorites to date:

Beautiful widgets
Chrome.... (Although I have side-loaded an early version of the dolphin HD browser, along with the apk for the adobe flash player, to run flash sites)
Flipboard.... (although not totally optimized for tablet, it looks and runs great. my favorite newsfeed app, by far)
Sketchbook pro....(being an artist, I was really looking forward to the extra screen real estate on the NX7. It works very well, but It's still not the 'perfect experience' with any stylus ive tried).
Go Launcher Ex

@ Portsider

Go Launcher is my favorite on my phone, it would be interesting to hear about your experience with it on the N7.

Actually, S.Prime, go launcher has been my launcher of choice on my galaxy s2 for some time now. I was anxious to try it out on the NX7, and it seems to run very well on it. I tried ADW launcher on my gs2, but the level of customization, and the sheer number of themes available from GL was just much higher. The one thing that I love most about GL, is the scrollable app dock on the homescreens. I can put almost every app that I use on a daily basis right on that homescreen ribbon. By comparison, ADW seemed a bit plain. The Launcher that I would really like to try is 'Shell 3d'. It appears to be absolutely gorgeous. But at $14, I'd have to take out a loan to buy it!

But, as I mentioned, I'm very pleased with the look and the performance of go launcher on the NX7. I do run one of the clock and weather widgets from beautiful widgets on top of it, though. But the app itself has a lot to offer in the way of looks and customization. And it doesnt hurt that 'project butter' and tegra3 allow it to run even better.
