Video with in web browsers unresponsive. Help.

Hi All.

I have noticed that when surfing web pages quite a lot of sites that have embedded video are almost useless as when you tap on the section it registers but does not do anything or loads after a minute or so.
Also as you cant use flash i have found that many of my favourite websites are now useless.

You tube is also very slow and i do have a very strong wi-fi connection.

Anyone else had this problem or know of a fix. ?

Maybe a different browser rather than chrome is the answer?
