This one's easy.  "R" is for root.  Something I've done to countless devices.

U is for Unroot and notably is easily accomplished on the Nexus 7. Remember to Unroot before returning your tablet for service.

C is for Cool Reader available on Google Play Here. It supports epub (non-DRM), fb2, doc, txt, rtf, html, chm, tcr, pdb, prc, mobi (non-DRM), pml formats and is my choice for an eReader.
