I'm with bjs229 --  I really need Bluetooth fixed. Haven't been able to use my wireless keyboard since the 4.2 update. It recognizes the kb, then immediately drops the bt connection. I've deleted the device, and then did the recognition again -- still the same-o.

You are so RiGHT, I reboot the N7 and remount the flash drive, it works now
THANKS

No worries, I'm glad it worked but just so you know unmounting and remounting is much quicker than rebooting... ;)

I'm passing up this upgrade.  In fact, I replaced Android 4.2 on the N7 I'm giving to my son, and his system will be Paranoid Android 2.54, based on Android 4.1.2.

Just tested booting into recovery mode (TWRP) and all seems OK.

I lost root and custom recovery from the OTA update, restored root with Voodoo OTA RootKeeper and reflashed TWRP 2.3.2.1 with Goo Manager.
Can reboot to recovery from Goo Manager and cold boot to recovery with the volume down and power button to reach bootloader and selecting recovery but stock recovery appears to still not have been fixed, before reflashing TWRP from Goo Manager booting to recovery gave me an Android on his back with red diamond and explanation mark, obviously not a priority for Google...

I must admit to reflashing TWRP before testing recovery so I might have lost it as well.

Don't forget you need to  rename /system/recovery-from-boot.p and install-recovery.sh, or your recovery will be overwritten on reboot.

I'm not the lowest of the low, but I am the slowest of the slow.

Didn't do it on 4.2 or 4.2.1.

Did after 4.1.2 though.

I did this on my 16GB N7 but not on my 32GB when updating to 4.1.2 or 4.2, just checked and it's showing as "recovery-from-boot.bak" so must be done automatically within Goo Manager?

CWM, now prompts you to retain your custom recovery and does the work for you to retain CWM Recovery. Admittedly, I am using the CWM touch recovery, so it may not be available in the text version.

CWM touch here as well.

If you can't force the update, you can download it from my dropbox.

This has been around for while but new for me. I never noticed that if you hold your finger on a recent thumbnail of an app that you get a menu. Man. Where have I been? Cool shortcut.
