I think you'll have much better luck finding the answer to this question on a Apple forum.  Try searching on iTunes.

I was hoping someone might have known, or had the link, searching in iTunes is a horrendous experience.

On their website it mentions Android, PC & Mac support but no mention of iPhone support so I doubt there is an iPhone app.  http://opengarden.com/

I just installed OpenGarden on my Razr Maxx and Nexus 7 and they connected first try with no problem.  Speed is not to bad, about like 3g as someone else has already reported.
