Google Services Error

I keep getting this error when I search and then link using, Google search and then Chrome. I tried uninstalling Chrome updates going back to factory.. Etc.. Any ideas? Forum isn't allowing to post a screen shot.
For instance. If I search for Nexus 10 it takes me to Chrome page. If I choose the first link on the page I get the services error spash page

Forum error is.. Cannot declare parsecode....  when trying to post pics in the forum.
Please check with forum administration....
