how to delete contact photos?

I think I understand what the OP is talking about. There are certain pictures and folders that I simply cannot delete in my gallery. I think that they were  automatically downloaded as part of Google + ? You can see the little icon. I forget the name of the app where they are stored. I do however remember going to the website trying to clean house and I couldn't figure out how to  delete the folders/pics there.

Sure any pictures uploaded to G+ will need removing from that source alternatively if you don't want G+ pictures synced with the Gallery you can disable the the Picasa uploader application...




Settings> Apps> All> Picasa uploader> Disable...

Settings> Apps> All> Gallery> Clear data...

Now those G+ pictures will not be in the Gallery application.

Thanks for that info JayJ. I  was on the website version of Picasa and for some reason I can't delete the tags on the folders I had made. At least I know now how to keep them from showing up in my Gallery.

That's Awesome, JayJ! THAT did the job, no more gallery pics, perfect! I also disabled the google +, just in case...Thanks again for the help I get here, still learnig,lol.....
