Screen Protector needed?
« on: March 16, 2013, 04:56:41 AM »
Is Corning glass that our Nexus has really scratch - resistant?  In my country I find it hard to buy a screen protector

Can't say for sure, but if a sharp point hits the glass hard, the protector might improve your chances of having the screen not break. A broken screen is awful. Even if the display still works, broken glass means the digitizer is at least partially dead, and quite possibly totally dead. Afaik, replacing the digitizer alone is not simple, nor for amateurs.

Good luck!
