Nexus 7 bought in UK, going to Canada on Holiday, Charging?

If I buy a wall USB Charger in Canada, will it hurt my Nexus?  Anyone else take their abroad? How did you charge it?  I know you can use a Computer, but it is slow....  any ideas?  Thanks  :)
