I need  my default Language to be US English. However, I would like to have the option to switch the keyboard to Arabic when I need to. In the iPad this is done with the touch of a special key on the keyboard. This special key appears after you add a second language in the settings.
Can I have this option in my Nexus 7?!
Note, I know one can make Arabic the default language of the devise, but that is not what I am looking for.

SwiftKey Keyboard for Tablets will support up to 3 languages. Get it from Google Play Store.
