I pre-ordered mine thru best buy.  I received an email today advising me that my nexus 7.2 was sent today, along with a tracking# from UPS.  I note was included from best buy that the release date had been changed from 7/30 to 7/26.

Why not search Amazon for yourself?  I'm pretty sure you won't find a price.  The Nexus 7 hasn't been manufactured for years.
