I have it from the Play store and it is working on 4.3 Actually, video does not work.

The Play Store does say that they are working on the video issues in Android 4.3. This is the link to the app. Here

I have downloaded the CNN app 4 times but it does not show up on the home screen with all my common used apps. I went to settings, apps and it shows up as being installed. I even uninstalled it and reinstalled it.
I have to leave it open and select it from there.
