« on: January 18, 2014, 02:02:39 AM »
Hello I received my nexus 7 2013 3 weeks ago and it has a horrible loose backplate it creakes really bad while in use. Has anyone else had this problem? Will Google replace? Thank you!

The back is secured by snap catches. If the back will not snap securely to the tablet, contact your purchase location for a replacement.

You need to contact your point of purchase. If you purchased from BesBuys then that is your contact point, if you purchased from Google, then call Google technical support.
