After 1 week, 5.1 has made my Nexus 7 2012 totally useless.
Now on second Factory Reset, and its now working after dumping most apps and seeing what happens. For many days only way to start was Hard Start for 15 -20 sec, it would come on for 1 to 5 min and then simply FREEZE or Black Screen.
DON'T INSTALL 5.1 . Wish I could go back to 4.4.

I upgraded from the notification of the system although the performance is better, is not the same as the original was

Hi since upgrading to lollipop cannot download dead space gets to 25% and just nothing

My unit is stuck on 4.4.4. Says it is up to date. Not rooted. Why won't it get Lollipop?
