2012 Nexus 7 Discussion Forums On Android Version 5.1.1

I am still using my first generation Nexus 7.  I did upgrade the Android OS to 5.1.1.  I am still not seeing the performance that I would hope for.  I think it actually performed better on Android 4.1!  Anyway, for others here still using the 1stGen N7, how well is it performing for you?  I think the biggest criticism for me is that it is slow to respond to some things.  (Laggy?)

I downgraded to 4.4 for the same reason.

I have also given some thought to that, too.  I wonder if Lollipop is just a bad OS, or is there some other reason that it simply doesn't play well with the Nexus 7?

my N7 works well on Lollipop. Much better then with KK
