Streaming personal media from PC to Nexus 7?

What folder on the Nexus did you put the videos? What app are you trying to use to view them?

What folder on the Nexus did you put the videos? What app are you trying to use to view them?

I put them in movie folder, just get the message "no video found".
My knowledge of apps is zero, will video not play without one?

The video format of your videos will determine the app and the type of decoding used to play the video on your Nexus 7. Post the video type of the videos from your Nikon (look at the file extension) and we can possibly provide some help.

Thanks for the help,guys. I got a link to an app on a thread further down and installed VPlayer, my videos are playing now, but am a bit unsure why some are listed twice and won't remove when deleted.
