New Smiley Set Added

I've installed a new 'smiley' set that includes some animated smileys.  I think they're generally a little nicer than the standard smileys we had as the default in the forum before which weren't animated.   I've also enabled the option for members to choose between a few smiley sets according to their own preference rather than just be stuck with the default.   You can do this in your Profile > Account Settings > Modify Profile > Look and Layout menu.
